The Aluminum Frame for Insta360 X6 is designed to provide a protective structure while supporting heat dissipation during extended recording sessions. It combines an aluminum alloy frame with a graphene heat-dissipation panel and includes a silicone lens cap to help protect the lens area from dust and scratches during storage and transport.

The frame features a 1/4-inch threaded hole, an Ace Pro-style magnetic quick-release interface and a charging interface for compatible accessories. Its dedicated bottom PIN structure supports charging and data transfer without removing the frame. Dedicated openings provide access to the power and record buttons, while the design also supports battery replacement without removing the entire cage.
